Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) has released the NCL Admit Card 2026 for various posts, including the Staff Nurse post. The hall tickets became available on 26 June 2026 for candidates who applied for 577 vacancies under various posts, including Staff Nurse, HEMM Operator, Paramedical Staff, and Overseer (Civil).
Candidates can download their admit cards by logging into the official NCL candidate portal with their registered credentials. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be held in a single shift on 6 July 2026.
The recruitment is being conducted under Notice No. NCL/SING/HR/Direct-Recruitment/2026-27/125. The online application process was open from 9 April to 1 May 2026.
Applicants should check all details printed on the NCL admit card before the examination. These include the candidate’s name, roll number, exam venue, reporting time, and other instructions. Candidates should keep a printed copy of the hall ticket for the examination day.
To download the NCL Staff Nurse or Dumper Operator Hall Ticket/Admit Card, candidates need to visit the official NCL recruitment login page, enter their registration number or roll number along with their password or date of birth, and log in. After verifying the details, they should download and print the hall ticket.

The recruitment drive covers 577 vacancies across technical, operator, civil, and paramedical posts. The largest share of vacancies is for Dumper Operator (Trainee) with 308 posts. Other vacancies include Dozer Operator (52), Surface Miner Operator (43), Grader Operator (34), Overseer (Civil) (30), Staff Nurse (47), Crane Operator (17), Pay Loader Operator (18), Technician (Pathological) (12), Pharmacist (4), Physiotherapist (4), Technician (Radiographer) (3), Technician (Dental) (2), Junior Technician (ECG) (2), and Technician (Refraction/Optometry) (1).
The educational qualifications vary by post. Staff Nurse applicants must have passed Class 12 along with a B.Sc. Nursing degree or a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma. Operator posts require a Class 10 qualification along with a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving licence, while other technical posts require relevant diplomas.
According to the recruitment notification, candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age as of 1 May 2026. Age relaxation is available for eligible reserved categories under the NCL Recruitment Rules 2026.
NCL has also informed candidates about their allotted exam cities through official SMS and email before releasing the admit cards. However, the final examination centre and reporting time are mentioned only on this document
