The DCU Admit Card 2026 for the Dhaka Central University admission test is scheduled to be released on Sunday, July 5. Candidates who applied for admission to the seven colleges under the Central University system will be able to download their admit card from the official website, dcuadmission.org.
Applicants have been advised to collect the admit card as soon as it becomes available. The admit card is mandatory for entry to the examination centre. Candidates without the document will not be allowed to sit for the admission test.
According to the admission schedule, the online application process ran from June 10, 2026, at 12:00 pm until June 20, 2026, at 11:59 pm. Applicants were able to pay the application fee until June 27, 2026, at 11:59 pm.
The admission tests will begin with the Arts and Social Sciences Unit on July 11 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The Science Unit examination will take place on July 17 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Business Studies Unit test is also scheduled for July 17 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
The admission authority plans to publish the Arts and Social Sciences Unit results on July 14. The Science and Business Studies Unit results are scheduled for July 20. Classes are expected to begin on September 6, 2026.
The admission test will be held through a 100-mark multiple-choice question (MCQ) examination. Candidates will lose 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer. The minimum passing mark is 40.
The merit list will be prepared based on a total of 120 marks. The score will include SSC GPA multiplied by two, HSC GPA multiplied by two, and the marks obtained in the admission test. Candidates who passed HSC in 2024 will have two marks deducted from their total merit score.
To download the DCU Admit card, candidates need to visit the official admission website and log in using their registered email address and application password. After logging in, they can access their student profile, download the admit card, and print at least two copies for future use.
Candidates are expected to complete the download process before the admission tests begin to avoid any last-minute difficulties.
