The first-year exams of the 2025 Degree (Pass) and Certificate Courses will begin on Sunday, September 20. The exams will continue until October 19.
The published schedule says exams will start at 1:30 p.m. each day. Each exam will run for the time shown on the question paper. The National University may change the schedule if needed.
The first exam will be the compulsory subject, History of the Emergence of Independent Bangladesh. Exams for the first and second papers of other subjects will follow in phases.
The last first-year exam is set for October 19. Students must take each exam according to the subject code on their admit card.
College principals will download and print admit cards from the National University website. They will then give the cards to students. The cards must be given out at least three days before the exams start.
Students must bring their original registration card and admit card to the exam hall. For practical exams, the university will announce the venue, date and time later, where needed.
The university said all exam notices and instructions will be posted on its website. Students have been asked to check the website at least three times a day for urgent updates.
The university also said it will not send exam notices by post. Notices posted on social media sites other than the National University website will not be treated as valid.
Students should follow the National University website for official exam updates. Any change to the schedule will be announced through official notices.
