Candidates selected for the viva voce examination must appear at the college on September 14 according to their application roll numbers.
The admission test results for Class XI at Notre Dame College in Dhaka have been published. The results were released on Sunday evening, September 13, according to the college’s official Facebook page.
Candidates seeking admission to the Science, Humanities and Business Studies groups have been initially selected for the viva voce examination. The selection was based on their SSC examination GPA and written admission test results.
The selected candidates must attend the viva voce examination on September 14. They have been asked to report to the designated rooms according to the schedule linked to their admission application roll numbers.
Candidates must reach the college gate at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the viva voce examination. The college has also set specific requirements for candidates attending the examination.
Students who passed the written admission test must bring their admission application admit card and original SSC registration card. They must also carry the original SSC admit card and a printed copy of their SSC transcript or marksheet.
Candidates may also bring certificates for co-curricular activities, if applicable. These documents will be required during the viva voce examination.
The college has also imposed a restriction on electronic devices. Candidates arriving at the Notre Dame College campus with mobile phones or other electronic devices will not be allowed to enter the campus.
Final admission selection will be based on merit. The college will consider the SSC GPA, written admission test results and viva voce examination results.
According to the notice, the final results will be published on the Notre Dame College website by 5:00 pm on September 15.
For candidates who have been selected for the viva voce examination, attending the interview with the required documents and following the college’s instructions will be necessary for consideration in the final selection.
