DCU Admit Card 2026

The DCU Admit Card 2026 for the Dhaka Central University Admission test will be available from July 5, 2026, according to information provided by university sources. Students who complete the online application process and pay the required fee will be eligible to download the document through the university’s official admission portal.

The admit card is required for candidates to take part in the admission test for the 2025–2026 academic session. It will include key information such as the candidate’s roll number, examination centre, reporting instructions and other exam-related details.

DCU has announced that online applications are scheduled to begin on June 10 and continue until June 20, 2026. Later, the application deadline was extended till June 25, 2026. Students from Science, Humanities, Social Science and Business Studies backgrounds are eligible to apply for undergraduate honours programmes. The application fee has been set at Tk 800.

This year’s admission process marks an important step for the university. Dhaka Central University, which was formed with seven government colleges previously affiliated with Dhaka University, will conduct its own admission examination for the first time after becoming an independent institution.

The admission test will be held in multiple-choice question (MCQ) format. The examination will carry 100 marks, and candidates will compete for 11,150 available seats across different academic units. The university has not yet announced the admission test date.

To collect the admit card, applicants will need to visit the official admission website, log in using their application details and download the PDF version of the document. Candidates are advised to print a clear copy and keep it safe until the admission process is completed.

After downloading the admit card, students should check all information carefully. Any error in personal details or examination information should be reported to the university authority without delay.

The university also advises applicants not to wait until the last day to complete admission-related tasks, as heavy online traffic may cause technical problems. Candidates should carry the printed admit card and any required identification documents to the examination centre. Electronic devices, including mobile phones and smart watches, may not be permitted inside the exam hall.
