The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced the RBI Grade B Result 2026 Phase 1 on its official website, rbi.org.in. The result was released on 25 June 2026 for the Phase 1 examination held on 13 and 14 June 2026. Candidates who appeared for the examination can check the merit list PDF to see whether they have qualified for the next stage.
According to the RBI, 625 candidates have cleared the Phase 1 examination. The result has been published in PDF format and includes the roll numbers of shortlisted candidates. Those who have qualified are now eligible to appear for the Phase 2 examination, which is scheduled for 25 July 2026.
The recruitment drive is being conducted for 60 vacancies in Grade ‘B’ (Direct Recruit – DR) (On Probation – OP) across the General, DEPR, and DSIM cadres.
Candidates can collect the result by visiting the official RBI website. From the homepage, they should open Opportunities@RBI, then go to Current Vacancies and select Results. They can then open the link titled “Result of Phase-I Examination for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – General Cadre – Panel Year 2026.” The merit list will open as a PDF, and candidates can use the search function to locate their roll number.

The RBI Grade B examination follows a two-stage selection process consisting of Phase 1 and Phase 2. Candidates who have qualified in Phase 1 will now prepare for the second stage of the recruitment process.
The Phase 2 examination is scheduled for 25 July 2026, and shortlisted candidates should regularly check the RBI’s official website for further instructions and updates related to the recruitment process.
