The Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission (BPSSC) has released the Bihar Police Havildar Clerk Result 2026. The recruitment drive was conducted to fill 64 Havildar Clerk posts in the Bihar Police. Candidates who appeared for the written examination can now download their results from the official BPSSC website.
The online application process for the recruitment was held from 2 January 2026 to 2 February 2026. The written examination took place on 10 June 2026, while admit cards were issued on 25 May 2026. The commission declared the result on 25 June 2026.
Candidates can access their results by visiting the official BPSSC portal and entering their Registration Number or Roll Number, Date of Birth or Password, and the required captcha code, if applicable.
The recruitment aims to fill a total of 64 vacancies across different categories. The distribution includes 26 posts for the General category, 6 for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), 11 for the Extremely Backward Class (EBC), 8 for the Backward Class (BC), 2 for BC Female, 10 for the Scheduled Caste (SC), and 1 for the Scheduled Tribe (ST).
To apply for the recruitment, candidates were required to have passed the Class 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from a recognised board in India. The application fee was Rs. 100 for all candidates and could be paid through online payment methods.

The recruitment process does not end with the written examination. Candidates who qualify in the result will move to the next stages of selection, which include the Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification, and Medical Examination, as per the recruitment rules.
For the Physical Efficiency Test, male candidates must complete a 1.6 km run in six minutes, while female candidates must complete a 1 km run in five minutes. Other tests include the high jump and shot put, with separate standards for male and female candidates.
