The National University (NU) has published the Degree Pass and Certificate Course 2nd Year Result 2026 for the 2024 academic year. The result became available online at around 10:10 PM on Saturday, July 11, after the university announced it earlier in the evening. Students who appeared in the examination can now check their Degree 2nd Year Result 2026 through the official result portal.

According to the National University, the overall pass rate stands at 93.53%. The university said the result was prepared after completing all necessary evaluation procedures before publication.

The Degree Pass and Certificate Course 2nd Year examination was held from April 20 to May 15, 2026. Examinations began at 9:00 AM each day following the schedule announced earlier by the university.

This year’s examination was conducted at 647 centres across Bangladesh. A total of 197,615 candidates from 1,915 affiliated colleges took part in the examination under the National University.

Students can check their results through the official online portal by entering their registration number, roll number, and selecting the exam year 2024. The published result includes each candidate’s grades and academic status.

The university has also kept its SMS service active for students who are unable to access the website because of heavy traffic. To receive the result by mobile phone, candidates should type DEG2 followed by a space and their registration number, then send the message to 16222. The result will be returned through SMS after the request is processed.

The announcement ends weeks of waiting for thousands of students after the examination concluded in May. The published result reflects the performance of candidates from colleges affiliated with the National University across the country.

Students are advised to check all information carefully after viewing the result. If they notice any discrepancy, they should contact their respective college authority or follow the official procedure set by the National University.

Candidates are also encouraged to keep a printed or digital copy of the result for future academic purposes, including admissions, scholarships, and other official requirements.

Following the publication of the result, students will now prepare for the next stage of the Degree Pass and Certificate Course programme. The National University is expected to announce future examination schedules, form fill-up notices, and other academic updates through its official notice board.
