The Dhaka Education Board has instructed students admitted through the BTC process in the 2025–26 academic year to submit their electronic student information and photographs online.

The Dhaka Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has issued new instructions for college students admitted through the Board Transfer Certificate (BTC) process in the 2025–26 academic year. Students must complete their Electronic Student Information Form (eSIF) online by November 1 to complete their registration.

According to a notice issued by the board on Monday, October 26, the online form submission process runs from October 25 to November 1. The board has sent the notice to the principals and head teachers of all educational institutions under its authority.

Students Must Upload Photographs Online

The notice states that students admitted through the BTC process must complete the eSIF within the given period. They must also upload their photographs as part of the online submission process.

Completing the eSIF is required to finalise their registration for the 2025–26 academic year. Students should ensure that they submit the required information before the November 1 deadline.

Separate Instructions for Equivalent Certificate Students

The board has also issued instructions for students admitted to the 2025–26 academic year through equivalent certificates.

These students must submit their information, including photographs, to Room No. 410 of the College Section by November 1. Unlike BTC-admitted students, they have been instructed to submit the required information at the designated office.

Deadline for College Registration

The November 1 deadline applies to both groups of students covered by the notice. However, the submission process differs depending on the admission route.

Students admitted through the BTC process must complete the eSIF online, while those admitted through equivalent certificates must submit their information to the College Section. Students should follow the instructions that apply to their admission category and complete the process within the stated deadline.
