The new subject plan will depend on whether applicants are from Science, Commerce or Humanities.
Khulna University has changed the test plan for its D Unit. The new plan will apply to first-year honours admission for 2026–27.
The change is for the School of Management and Business Administration. The test subjects will now depend on each student’s academic stream.
Science students will get questions on English, General Knowledge and Mathematics. Commerce students will get questions on English, General Knowledge and Accounting.
Humanities students will get questions on English, General Knowledge and Information and Communication Technology, or ICT.
Professor Dr Rumana Haque, Dean of the School of Management and Business Administration, confirmed the change. She said the Admission Test Committee made the decision at a meeting on September 1.

The committee agreed to use stream-based test plans for the 2026–27 session. The plan will follow the test models of the University of Dhaka and Rajshahi University.
Under the new plan, students from each stream will face subjects linked to their own study background. This will help applicants know which areas they need to study for the test.
The university has not yet set the marks for each subject. Professor Haque said the mark split will be shared later.
