National University sets MPhil-PhD admission test

The written test for the 2026–2027 academic year will be held at Dr. Malika College in Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

The written admission test for MPhil and PhD courses for the 2026–2027 academic year will be held on September 18 at Dr. Malika College in Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

The test is for applicants to the Institute of Liberation War and Bangladesh Studies of National University. According to a notice signed by Professor Dr. Md. Awlad Hossain, Director (Additional Charge) of the institute, the exam will run from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Friday.

The notice was issued on Wednesday, September 16. Applicants have been asked to reach the examination centre on time and follow the scheduled timetable.

Each candidate must bring a printed copy of the online application form to the examination centre. The form is required for participation in the written test.

The examination will be held at Dr. Malika College, located at Plot No. 72, Road No. 7/A, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

Candidates who pass the written test will later face a viva voce examination, which is an oral interview. The notice said the time and venue for the viva will be announced later.

Applicants are therefore required to attend the written test at the stated time and venue. Further information about the viva will be provided after the written examination.
