Students dissatisfied with their 2026 HSC results can apply online until November 7, with a fee of Tk 150 per paper.
Applications for the re-evaluation of 2026 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examination results will begin on Sunday, November 1. Students who are unhappy with their results can apply online until November 7.
The Dhaka Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education published detailed application guidelines on Friday, October 30. The application fee is Tk 150 for each paper.
How to apply for HSC result re-evaluation
Students must visit the official application portal at https://rescrutiny.eduboardresults.gov.bd to submit their requests.
First, applicants must enter their roll number and registration number. They must then select their education board from the drop-down menu and click the Submit button.
After that, they must provide a mobile phone number. The authorities will send an SMS to this number when the re-evaluation results are published.
The next screen will show the student’s subject-wise results. Applicants must select the subjects they want to have re-evaluated and click the ‘Pay Fee’ button.
The fee is Tk 150 per paper. If a subject has two papers, students must apply for both papers separately. The total amount payable will appear on the next screen.
Payment methods for the application
Applicants can pay the required fee through the following services:
- bKash
- Nagad
- DBBL Rocket
- Upay
- Sonali Seba
Students can find detailed payment instructions by clicking the ‘Help’ button on the application portal.
After completing the payment, applicants must return to the portal and click the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application.
Students can also add more subjects after submitting an application and paying the fee. They must follow the same process, but they do not need to provide their mobile phone number again.
Important rules for changing applications
Students can change their selected subjects before paying the application fee. To do this, they must click the ‘Delete’ button beside the unpaid subjects and select their preferred subjects again.
However, once the fee has been paid, applicants cannot cancel any selected subject. The authorities will not refund the application fee under any circumstances.
The education boards will not accept applications through manual submission. Students must complete the entire process through the official online portal.
Students should carefully check their selected subjects and payment details before completing the application.
